MEET OUR

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Hi, I’m Paola Marino, founder of Bliss Yoga Collective. Creating Bliss has been a journey of personal transformation and healing, and it is my greatest joy to help others experience the life-changing power of yoga and mindful movement.

For as long as I can remember, I have felt called to help others reconnect with themselves and uncover the light within. Yoga first entered my life at 21, during a time of profound anxiety and fear. My first class, guided by a dear friend, brought me a sense of peace I had never known - a way to quiet the noise in my mind and feel at home within myself again.

Over the past 14 years, yoga has been a constant companion, transforming my body, mind, and spirit. After nearly a decade of dedicated practice, I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in May 2025.

Through Bliss Yoga Collective, my mission is to make yoga and wellness accessible to everyone. I feel especially passionate about supporting people navigating anxiety, life transitions, physical limitations, or emotional challenges creating safe and supportive spaces where each person can move, breathe, and reconnect at their own pace.

What is Bliss Yoga Collective?

Bliss Yoga Collective offers personalized in-person yoga sessions tailored to your specific needs. Our qualified instructors, all registered 300-hour Yoga Alliance teachers, bring a wealth of experience and various modalities, including Reiki and sound baths, to enhance your practice.

Where do the sessions take place?

Our experienced teachers can come to your home, a local park, or any suitable environment that you prefer, ensuring a comfortable and inspiring setting for your yoga practice.

What areas do you service?

Currently, we service The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, and some parts of Houston, but we plan to expand to other areas soon.

Do I need to know yoga before taking a class?

No prior experience is necessary! Our instructors are skilled at welcoming beginners and will guide you through the basics, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your practice.

Do you accommodate individuals with disabilities?

Yes! We pride ourselves on being inclusive and can adapt our sessions to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. Please let us know any specific requirements when booking.

Do you offer services for events and parties?

Yes, we offer yoga and wellness services for parties and special events. Please reach out for more details on how we can customize an experience for your gathering.

Are there any travel fees for home sessions?

Yes, there is a travel fee of $15–$25 for sessions located over 10 miles away from our base.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any session.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your session, the full session fee will be charged.

How do I find the right teacher for my needs?

At Bliss Yoga Collective, we take the time to understand your unique requirements and will match you with the best instructor suited for your goals and preferences. Additionally, we will accommodate your requested schedule to find the most suitable time for your class.

Do you offer group sessions?

Yes, we can accommodate private group sessions. Please reach out to discuss the specifics of what you are looking for!

Do you provide props for the sessions?

We do not bring props unless requested at least 72 hours in advance. If you need specific equipment, please let us know when booking your session.

How can I book a session?

To book a session, please contact us through our website or phone number, and we’ll help you schedule a time that fits your needs.

 What should I bring to my session?

We recommend you bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and any personal items you might need for your practice (e.g., water bottle, towel). We can provide additional props if needed, given the 72-hour notice.

How do you ensure safety?

We conduct background checks on all our teachers and verify the identity of our students to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
